Limited One Year Warranty
As the manufacturer of the highest quality golf products on the market today, Heavy Putter, LLC is committed to
the performance and durability of our products.
Warranty Coverage
Heavy Putter provides a limited warranty on its golf products for manufacturing and workmanship for a period of 12-months from the date of purchase. Any defects occurring during this period as a result of normal use will be repaired or replaced by Heavy Putter, LLC. The following conditions apply to this warranty:
1) the golf club must have been purchased from an authorized Heavy Putter dealer (not EBAY!!!)
2) the consumer must present proof of purchase from an authorized dealer
3) the company reserves the right to inspect the club to determine if the golf club has been altered, mistreated, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the actions of neglect of the consumer. Any findings supporting the mistreatment of the club will result in a forfeit of the warranty
4) any damage to the shaft is not the responsibility of Heavy Putter, LLC.
5) this warranty applies only to the original club, meaning the replaced product will keep the original purchase date as the start date of the warranty
6) Any alteration made to the club by any party other those directed by Heavy Putter LLC will automatically void the warranty
7) no persons besides Heavy Putter management have the power to make changes to the terms of this warranty.
DISCLAIMER: This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Heavy Putter, LLC disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers or distributors, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Heavy Putter, LLC also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products and components. Heavy Putter, LLC further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties or if the golf club has been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.
Customer Responsibility
If you have warranty questions or wish to obtain warranty service for your Heavy Putter purchased directly from Heavy Putter or through one of our authorized dealers, please contact the Heavy Putter Customer Service Department at 1-888-PUTTER-4. Shipping charges incurred in the return of the damaged product will be the responsibility of the consumer. Return shipments require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is obtained by contacting a Heavy Putter customer service representative. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product. Heavy Putter will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge if done with in the one year warranty period.
Limitations On Warranties
1) Warranty claims will be handled at the sole discretion of Heavy Putter, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
2) Any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from (1) the consumer introduction date of the original golf club; or (2) the retail purchase date of the original golf club or product, whichever is longer, not from the repair or replacement date.
3) ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE.
4) Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.
5) Heavy Putter IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF HEAVY PUTTER PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranty set forth above.
6) No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
