Shipping & Handling Policies
Heavy Putter sends all standard shipments via ground delivery using FedEx and UPS. Standard shipping will usually arrive within 7-10 business days. Products ship from Connecticut, so east coast shipments usually arrive earlier. If you do not receive your order timely, please call our consumer Customer Service Center between 9am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time at 1-888-788-8374 or e-mail using the fill-in form on the “contact” page. Air delivery cannot be completed to PO Boxes or APO/FPO. Custom orders (mid/long putters, adjusted loft/lie angle, non-stock lengths) may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Standard Ground Shipping & Handling
For all putter orders, there is a $19.95 fee for ground shipping and handling within the 48 contiguous United States. (This is a fixed charge no matter how many putters are ordered.) Expect delivery on stock items within 7-10 business days unless otherwise notified by mail of a product on backorder. Products ship from Connecticut, so east coast shipments usually arrive earlier. There is an additional $10 charge for standard shipping and handling on all putter orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada (total $29.95). Custom orders may take up to an additional 5 business days.
Expedited Shipping and Handling Rate
2 Day Ground Processing -
For an additional $7 (total $26.95), orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and will ship via ground carrier so that they will arrive within 5-7 business days (rather than the standard 7-10). Products ship from Connecticut, so east coast shipments usually arrive sooner. (The $10 additional charge still applies for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada – total $36.95.) This service is not available for custom orders.
Expedited Processing – 2 Day Air Shipment –
For an additional $25 (total $44.95) orders received by 3pm EST will be processed within 1 business day and will ship via 2-day air so that they will arrive within 4 business days. (The $10 additional charge still applies for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and Canada – total $54.95.) Custom orders may take up to an additional 5 business days due to the custom assembly required.
Canadian Orders
Heavy Putter is a registered importer in Canada. Therefore, all deliveries to Canada are made to consumers with duties and taxes pre-paid by Heavy Putter. (No charges are payable upon delivery.) GST, PST and (if applicable) HST are billed to the customer and paid to the authorities by Heavy Putter. All amounts are in US dollars, and will be converted on your credit card statement. As stated above, there is an additional $10 (on top of the GST/PST/HST) added to each order to defray a portion of the additional shipping and import costs.
International Orders (outside North America)
If you are outside of the Unites States or Canada, Heavy Putter will refer you to the distributor in your country as applicable. If there is no distributor in your country or a neighboring country, we will gladly accept your order. Shipping charges and import charges will be added to your bill in accordance with amounts quoted to Heavy Putter by DHL or UPS. These rates will vary depending on your location. Returns and Exchanges
Heavy Putter LLC offers an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee for all stock (not customized) products if purchased through this website. For these direct purchases, we are insuring your sight-unseen purchase by offering the guarantee that our putter will improve the consistency of your putting stroke. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, call us at 888-788-8374 to arrange for the return of the putter and a full refund (less the cost of shipping and handling). Returns of more than one club will incur a restocking fee of $19.95. THIS UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE APPLIES ONLY TO PRODUCTS PUCHASED DIRECTLY FROM HEAVY PUTTER. PURCHASES FROM OUR AUTHORIZED DEALERS ARE SUBJECT TO THOSE STORES’ RETURN POLICIES AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED TO HEAVY PUTTER/BOCCIERI GOLF. THIS GUARANTEE DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM BUILT PRODUCTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL CUSTOM LENGTHS, ALTERED LIE ANGLES, ETC.
