Canadian Orders
Heavy Putter is a registered importer in Canada. Therefore, all deliveries to Canada are made to consumers with duties and taxes pre-paid by Heavy Putter. (No charges are payable upon delivery.) GST, PST and (if applicable) HST are billed to the customer and paid to the authorities by Heavy Putter. All amounts are in US dollars, and will be converted on your credit card statement. There is an additional $10 (on top of the GST/PST/HST) added to each order to defray a portion of the additional shipping and import costs.
